The concept of Pastor’s Children Association was conceived in 2002 by Rev. Mrs Grace Nuakoh, the first ever Ashanti Regional Children’s Ministry Director (2002 – 2009) with the support of her husband Rev. Dr Duncan Nuakoh.

In the Northern Regions, Rev. Dr Gideon Panka and others organized their brothers and sisters (Pastors Children) in prayer and fellowship. Later, Greater Accra, Eastern and few other regions also began organizing Pastor’s Children for meetings. During camp meetings, some Pastor’s children were also organizing their brothers and sisters for special meetings. In the light of this, the National Committee of the Children’s Ministries came out with a mission to introduce Pastor’s Children Association nationwide and build the Association to function well in the year 2014. With support from the General Superintendent, Rev. Prof. Paul Frimpong-Manso and the Assistant General Superintendent Rev. Dr Paul Henry Dsane, structures and programmes for the Association were drafted in 2015.

In 2016, the prime focus of the Committee was on regional organization and 2107 was focused on national organization. The Pastor’s Children Association (PACA) is now functioning effectively with National Council of Patrons who supervises the activities of the Association under the chairmanship of the Assistant General Superintendent Rev. Dr. Paul Henry Dsane. PACA has its vision to share fellowship, support one another and Spread the Good News.

Some major activities organized by the Association included Campus Meetings, Prayer Meetings, Cocktail Parties, Dinners, Excursions, Donation activities (Weddings, Funerals, and Retirement Services) and many others. Appointments of national and regional executives were done. The appointed national executives are as follows:
